- Caribbean Sailing Guests on Three Moons -
"Dear Randy and Shelley: Wow- are
we ever suffering withdrawal symptoms! It was only a few short weeks ago
that embarked in Three Moons for our great adventure - and we are already
oh so ready to return! The two of you were absolutely the perfect hosts.
As we sit here in Virginia Beach thinking back on the experience, I am
still not quite sure how you manage to attend to every detail to make it a
fun and enjoyable experience for us while never appearing hurried or
"hovering". You both are not only good at what you do, it is
obvious that you enjoy doing it - which makes it more fun for everyone.
The food was truly fabulous beyond belief! The swordfish served Sunday
night was I believe the best that I have ever eaten! Shelly, you really
are a "Master Chef"! We are again not exactly sure how you
create and serve such delicacies out of your small galley with what
appears to be so much ease. Certainly your "chief griller" is a
critical part of the equation - but the two of you make a wonderful team
not only in the galley but throughout the yacht with everything that you
do! Unfortunately we have had to return to the world of reality with work
and workouts (to try to erase some of the after effects of our wonderful
time on Three Moons). We certainly are sold on you, Caribbean
sailing vacations on Three Moons, and the
cruising experience! We both hope we can find a way to return. We would
certainly be happy to serve as a reference should the need arise.

Our sail vacation crew was excellent: Randy and
Shelly were outstanding. Very attentive, gracious and friendly, always
smiling. The 3 Moons was very comfortable and neat as a pin: decks were
clean and down below all was immaculate. The boat was very well ventilated
between ports and air conditioning. The food was great, Shelly is a true
gourmet. Both her and Randy work as a team. Hors d'oeuvres,
cocktails, dinners, cakes...Wonderful. Randy & Shelly are true
professionals. They paid attention to everything and made our Caribbean sailing
experience wonderful. We recommend them very highly. Their vessel was well
appointed and very comfortable. "
